How we started
This grew out of years spent producing video for a wide range of Albuquerque clients, from small businesses needing their first promotional video to independent artists working on their first music video release.
That range of work across corporate, event, and music video production shaped an approach that treats pre-production planning as the foundation of every project, regardless of the final format.
Working across such different project types also made clear how much overlap actually exists between them. The planning discipline that makes a corporate shoot run smoothly is the same discipline that makes a music video shoot day efficient.
That cross-pollination between project types keeps the work varied, and it means techniques learned on one kind of project regularly end up improving how a different kind gets approached.
What we actually produce
Corporate and brand videos, live event coverage, and music videos make up the core of the production work, with post-production, including editing, color, motion graphics, and audio, handled as part of every project rather than outsourced separately.
Video marketing guidance rounds out the work, since a well-produced video that never finds its audience has not really finished the job it was made for.
Keeping production and post-production under one roof also means fewer handoffs and less lost context between the shoot and the final edit, compared to splitting the work across separate vendors.
A fair number of projects come from repeat clients rather than first-time inquiries, which says something about how the work holds up once the initial excitement of a new video wears off. A local nonprofit that needed an annual gala recap has come back three years running. A band that started with a single music video now sends over rough cuts of new songs before they even finish recording, just to talk through what a video treatment might look like. That kind of ongoing relationship tends to produce better work than a one-off project, since less time gets spent re-explaining the basics of a brand or an artist's sound each time.
Who we work with
Clients range from small local businesses needing a first promotional or training video, to event organizers needing multi-camera coverage, to independent musicians and artists working on a limited budget.
Across all of these, the same underlying approach applies: a real concept before filming starts, a plan for the shoot day itself, and a clear sense of how the finished piece will actually reach its audience.
A number of clients come back for repeat projects once they see this approach play out on a first one, which says more about the process than any single finished video could on its own.
